Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Shumukh to plan and run events. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Shumukh on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

The service

Shumukh gives hosts tools to build invitations, manage a guest list, collect RSVPs, and — where a provider is connected — message guests. Features evolve; we may add, change, or retire parts of the service over time.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for anyone you invite as a co-host.

Your responsibilities as a host

• You are responsible for your guest list. You confirm you have a genuine relationship with, or the consent of, the people you add — and a lawful basis to contact them.
• You will comply with the laws that apply to you, including data-protection rules (such as the UAE PDPL or the GDPR) and the rules of any messaging channel you use.
• You will honour opt-outs and will not use Shumukh to send unsolicited or bulk marketing to people who did not agree to hear from you.
• You will not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or use the service to harass anyone.

Content

The event content you create is yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and display it to the guests you invite and to operate the service. We don’t claim ownership of your guest lists or invitations.

Availability

We work to keep Shumukh reliable, especially on event days, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Shumukh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses beyond what you paid us for the service in the period concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension & termination

You can stop using Shumukh at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if needed to protect guests or the service. You can delete your events and their data from within the product.

Changes & contact
